This is a draft. It describes the arrangement as it stands and will be reviewed before it is relied on.
The alpha
Tactus is in a closed alpha. An account is free while that runs, and no card is taken. Before anything starts costing money we will get in touch. If you decide not to continue, nothing is deleted; your library stays yours and you can ask us to remove it.
Paying, when it launches
When Tactus launches it will cost AUD $10 a month, per instructor. You will be able to stop at any time, and you will not be charged again after you do. We will tell you before any price changes.
Your classes
What you build in Tactus is yours. We do not claim any rights over it and we do not use it for anything except running the service for you. A class you send to another instructor becomes a copy that belongs to them.
What we ask of you
Keep your password to yourself, do not try to break the service or get into anyone else's library, and do not use it for anything unlawful.
What we promise, and do not
We work to keep Tactus running, backed up and correct, and we will tell you if something goes wrong that affects you. It is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never have a fault. A timer is a timer; you are still the one running the room.
